Who are Axlr8r Formula Racing ?

Axlr8r Formula Racing is a Technical Club at IIT Delhi that participates in FS events and builds a formula-style car based on a set of designated rules. It is more than just a Formula Student team; we are a community of passionate individuals united by engineering, innovation, and the shared ambition of becoming India’s next changemakers.

Our strength lies not only in our 35+ dedicated undergraduate students but the network of our mentors, alumni, and sponsors, who have supported us throughout the years of the journey, and will continue the legacy. We are proud to be an interdepartmental team, bringing together students from Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Physics and many more backgrounds to collaborate and innovate as one, thereby breaking the traditional thought that it is mechanical and electrical specific. Despite coming from different years and disciplines, we share a bond like a family, built through shared challenges, mutual respect, and a common dream.

Together, we are building more than a race car—we are building a culture of collaboration, resilience, and excellence.
